COMPLETING AND RETURNING THIS FORM WILL RESCIND YOUR SHARE REPURCHASE REQUEST. PLEASE ONLY COMPLETE AND RETURN THIS FORM IF YOU WISH TO RESCIND YOUR PENDING SHARE REPURCHASE REQUEST FOR THE OFFER DATED FEBRUARY 20, 2014.
